How to Use - Pet Bathing Kit

How should I store the product?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the packaging sealed to preserve aroma and efficacy. Do not store in high humidity or near heaters.

What is the shelf life?

Typical shelf life is 12–24 months from manufacture — refer to the printed “Best Before” or batch code on the package. Keep unopened product in dry conditions to maximize shelf life.

Are your products tested / vet-reviewed?

We use vet-recommended guidelines for ingredient selection and source herbs from reputable suppliers. If you would like, we can display vet review statements or third-party lab test summaries on the product page (coming soon).

Can pregnant or nursing dogs use this?

In general, gentle herbal soaks are safer than strong medicated washes, but because pregnant or nursing dogs can be more sensitive, please consult your veterinarian before use.

What if my dog shows an adverse reaction?

If you notice redness, swelling, vomiting, excessive drooling, or any signs of distress after use:

  1. Rinse your dog immediately with clean water.
  2. Discontinue use.
  3. Contact your veterinarian promptly.
If the reaction is severe (breathing difficulty, collapse), seek emergency veterinary care.

Does this product repel fleas or ticks?

Our herbal soak is formulated to soothe skin and support comfort; it is not a replacement for approved flea and tick prevention products. Some herbs may have mild insect-repellent properties, but for parasite control use veterinarian-prescribed preventatives.

Can I use this product on dogs with open wounds?

Do NOT use on open, bleeding wounds or on dogs with active severe infections unless advised by a veterinarian. For minor abrasions, consult your vet before applying any topical or soak treatment.

Can I sell this product in my store / market?

Yes — if you are a reseller, please follow local regulations and labeling requirements. Do not make medicinal claims on the label; use language like “supports skin comfort,” “soothes irritation,” and “for external use only.”

What does “pet-safe” mean on your label?

“Pet-safe” indicates the herbs and concentrations used are selected and dosed to be safe for external use on dogs. It is not a guarantee against all reactions; always follow directions and consult your vet for special medical conditions.

What if I want a refund?

We offer a refund/return policy (see full policy on the product page). Typically refunds are available for unopened packages or for defective/damaged shipments. For opened single-use packs, we handle complaints case-by-case — please contact support with photos and order details.

Do you offer bulk or subscription pricing?

Yes. We offer subscription plans (monthly/bi-monthly) and wholesale/bulk discounts for retailers or shelters. Check the “Subscribe & Save” option on the product page or contact support for wholesale inquiries.

Can I use the herbal soak for spot treatment only (e.g., paw soak)?

Yes — the packs work well for localized soaks such as paws, ears (external), and underbelly. Use a smaller basin and one pack for 5–10 minute soaks, and monitor your dog for comfort.
